aren't bad, this normally provide us energy to help the body function
well throughout the day, but excessive calorie the body gets, will lead
to weight gain and worst, obesity.
To people who have weight loss plans, taking in too much of calories
must be avoided and consuming unhealthy calories from unhealthy foods
must be discouraged.
Tips:
1. Stand more - you may often underestimate what standing can do to
your health, but take note it helps in burning excess calories. you can
burn as much as 76 calories in an hour just by standing, may it be in
your office, in the canteen waiting for your turn, in churches while
attending ceremony and even while waiting for a bus or a cab.so if given
a chance and a choice to stand up rather than sit all the time, do it!
it will help you burn calories and keeps you fit.
2. use the stairs - on your way to your office, or in your 4th floor
apartment unit and even when heading to the next floor at the mall,
choose to take the stairs. This is a good way to burn calories and also
in shaping up your thighs and bums.
3. eat small meals - instead of hating yourself for being overweight, why not train yourself to have a fit and healthy
lifestyle?How? simply, don't skip meals. it is better to eat 6 small
meals a day every 2 to 3 hours rather than eating 3 large meals a day.
The in between meals will ease your cravings and keep you from
overeating.
4. stretch as you wake up - this can be done by bending, touching
your toes, and stretching your arms and legs. Do this for 15-30 minutes
upon waking up. Stretch your arms while reaching for the things you
need, move you legs while brushing your teeth. these acts are simple but
are good form of exercise.
5. breathe in and out - by breathing properly, you are helping your
body properly circulate blood and enhance oxygen uptake and metabolism
rate. Do some deep breathing as you wake up, seated at your car or while
resting in the office. Relaxing can fire up your metabolism and helps
in burning belly fats.
